Two minor siblings die of snake bite in Reasi

Jammu, Oct 6 : Two minor siblings died and their mother was injured after a snake bit them at their house in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Kajol Devi and her two children six-year-old Vandana Katyal and three-years-old Divansh Katyal were asleep when the snake bit them at their rented accommodation at the Ransoo village of district Reasi yesterday, Police said.

They were immediately rushed to the Public Health Centre (PHC) and later shifted to sub-district hospital at Sunderbani where both the children died, they said adding the condition of the Kajol  was stated to be serious.
