From Parliament to Classroom: Learning Comes Alive at Acharyakulam in Ranchi

Ranchi, Feb 07 (CMC) – In a remarkable move toward holistic and experiential education, Acharyakulam, Ranchi, transformed its campus into a vibrant miniature parliament. The school hosted an insightful academic session themed “Budget Session in Parliament 2026,” demonstrating that education reaches its peak when students move beyond the constraints of textbooks to engage with real-world governance.



The highlight of the event was an impressive parliamentary role play presented by the students of Classes VIII and IX. Enacting the roles of both the treasury benches and the opposition, the young scholars displayed a profound understanding of the democratic process. Through confident dialogue and effective teamwork, they successfully deciphered the complexities of the Union Budget, explaining its vital role in promoting education, economic growth, and national development for a emerging superpower.

The stellar performance featured a dedicated group of participants, including Aashta Singh, Vaibhavi Jha, Dhriti Tiwary, Samridhi Kashyap, Saumya Kumari, Ritika Rani, Ritika Kumari, Aabha Singh, Priya Kumari, Pankhuri Sarda, Samriddhi, Janvi Kumari, Aayushi Manshi, Aditi Agarwal, Pranav Raj, Shashwat Tiwary, Samar Pratap Singh, Aayansh Srivastav, Aayush Ranjan, Saras Kushwaha, Divayank Jha, Manushree Pandey, Aanya Kumari, Arpita Singh, and Aarohi Singh. Their coordinated effort and awareness of national issues were widely appreciated by the audience.
Addressing the gathering, the Principal Dr. Subhash Kumar commended the students for their research and initiative. Emphasizing the importance of determination and action in education, the Principal left the students with a powerful and motivating mantra: “We can. We will. We must.”
