“VEDAA” MOVIE REVIEW:

Vedaa is action drama film directed by Nikhil Advani and released on 15th August.

Aseem Arora has written a story of bravery, of the power of one. It is the story of challenging a caste system still prevalent in some parts of India. This one is based on true event from Rajasthan. The story may not be novel, and is out dated but the audience still does not mind that because the atrocities perpetrated on Vedaa and her family shake the viewers, therefore the first half of the movie has good grip on the story of the film and will engage you.

Screenplay is long winding and move at an easy pace. Since the cast system and its ills are all too well known, the slow pace of the drama does get boring for the message among the audience who prefer watching fast pace action thrillers. Besides seems the drama move on a single track. Climax of the movie is weak stretched and somehow predictable therefore will bore you.

The fastest growing versatile actor, Abhishek Banerjee shown his talent once again. On 15th August his two movie released Stree 2 and Vedaa, two different character opposite to each other and what a character representation.

John Abraham  as suspended army officer Abhimanyu performed well and seen fire in action with silence look which fit perfectly on Jhon, intense and deep expression and will reminds you of many of his past films character.

The lead actor Sharvari Wagh as Vedaa struggling with her identity facing arrogance, violence while chasing her dream simply worked good.
