Kishtwari Sangathan Jammu holds its 3rd AGM, elects new body

Jammu, Jan 19: Kishtwari Sangathan Jammu (KSJ) today held its third Annual General Meeting (AGM), where a new body was elected.
Following the elections, an oath-taking ceremony was held for the newly elected members.
The AGM witnessed the participation of about 200 members, who actively engaged in the democratic process.
Several prominent speakers addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of the Sangathan and its role.
In his address, KSJ Chairmam Ashok Kumar Sen reviewed the company’s performance, and outlined strategic steps taken during the year.
The outgoing President Rajinder Singh highlighted the achievements by the Sangathan and briefed the challenges faced during the year.
The Sangathan elected Bhola Nath Bhandari as President, Indresh Sharma as Vice President, Advocate Vineet Sharma as General Secretary, Kuldeep Bhandari as Joint Secretary, Rishi Kumar as Cashier besides Mohinder Kumar Sen as Executive Member for Kishtwar block, Baldev Singh as Executive Member for Thakraie block, C R Parihar for Nagsene block and Ranbir Singh Rana for block Paddar.
The newly elected President issued a passionate appeal for increased donations from its members and the wider community.
Emphasizing the power of collective action, he said that “teamwork will take the Sangathan to its heights.”
“By joining together and contributing generously, we can achieve remarkable things for our community. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a significant difference,” he added.
To facilitate contributions, the Sangathan has introduced a convenient subscription system. This system allows members and supporters to easily contribute regularly and track their donations.
